NOT THE ONION: San Bernardino killers were radical, ISIS-loving monsters — but one of their victims was just as bigoted.

Make no mistake, as disgusting and deservedly dead as the hate-filled fanatical Muslim killers were, Thalasinos was also a hate-filled bigot. Death can’t change that. But in the U.S., we don’t die for speaking our minds. Or we’re not supposed to anyway.

Thalasinos was an anti-government, anti-Islam, pro-NRA, rabidly anti-Planned Parenthood kinda guy, who posted that it would be “Freaking Awesome” if hateful Ann Coulter was named head of Homeland Security. He asked, “IS 1. EVERY POLITICIAN IS BOUGHT AND PAID FOR? 2. EVERY POLITICIAN IS A MORON? 3. EVERY POLITICIAN IS RACIST AGAINST JEWS?” He also posted screeds like, “You can stick your Muslim Million Man march up your asses,” and how “Hashem” should blow up Iran.

His Facebook page warns that “Without HEALTHY PREGNANT WOMAN (Democrats) would have NO SOURCE of BABIES to SACRIFICE and SELL!”

SOUTH CAROLINA: Summerville man dies, N. Charleston man arrested after shootout with 13-year-old.

Lamar Anthwan Brown, 31, of Summerville, died at Trident Medical Center of gunshot wounds . . .

Bennett, 28, of Kent Avenue in North Charleston has been charged with first-degree burglary and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime. . . .

Both Bennett and Brown have extensive criminal histories, according to a check with the State Law Enforcement Division. Bennett has been convicted of assault with intent to kill, pointing a firearm at a person and third-degree burglary. . . .

Brown’s convictions included six felony drug charges. He had also been convicted of unlawful carrying of a weapon, disorderly conduct and trespassing. . . .

The boy’s mother said that she had the gun at the house for protection, but she had never trained her son to use it.

“I tell my kids that if anything ever happens to call 911, but I also tell them to protect themselves if they have to,” she said. “I never would have dreamed that this would have been a part of our day today.”

OF COURSE: Marco Rubio Didn’t Want To Vet Foreigners From Terrorist Countries After 9-11.

One of those post-9-11 bills that Rubio opposed was by Jacksonville Republican Rep. Dick Kravitz, who sponsored a bill to ban aid to students from countries that sponsor terrorism. GotNews.com has previously pointed out how Rubio opposed bills that would have deported illegal immigrants who committed crimes.

“I think the majority of people in Florida would say we don’t want to pay” for those students, Kravitz said at the time.

But Marco Rubio stopped that sort of common sense legislation because he didn’t want immigrants to be “targeted.”

IF I HAD A SON, he would look like Nikey Dashone and Shadeed Dontae. “The AP story [Attackers post video of assault on victim’s Facebook page, December 2, 2015] mentions nothing about either the race of the attackers or the victim, but it does post the pictures and names of the attackers: Nikey Dashone Walker and Shadeed Dontae Bey. The AP says that the Sheriff’s Office released video, but can’t be bothered to post picture of the attack or the video. The Daily Mail, which always gives better value for your news clicks, provides both photos and video–the victim, who has cerebral palsy, is a white guy.”

CASSANDRA: Trump Right Again: Fear of ‘Racially Profiling’ Middle Easterners Stopped Calls that Could Have Prevented Cali Attack. “Leading Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump caught flak last week for telling supporters at a Nov. 24 rally in Myrtle Beach, S.C. they should report their neighbors to the police if they observe suspicious activity. Reports from Wednesday night state that fears of racially profiling Middle Easterners prevented a neighbor and workmen from calling the police about suspicious activity at the apartment of the Muslim couple accused in the San Bernardino mass shooting.”

A man who has been working in the area said he noticed a half-dozen Middle Eastern men in the area in recent weeks, but decided not to report anything since he did not wish to racially profile those people.

“We sat around lunch thinking, ‘What war they doing around the neighborhood?’” he said. “We’d see them leave where they’re raiding the apartment.”

He may not have been the only neighbor who engaged in what, on a previous occasion, was described as giving oneself a “mental slap”:

I felt kind of embarrassed.”

DOG BITES MAN: Study finds problems in detecting fraud among asylum seekers.

The 96-page report concluded that neither U.S. Immigration and Citizenship Services nor the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Justice Department agency that oversees immigration courts, conduct regular fraud risk assessments. The GAO recommended that both do so.

At USCIS, a paper filing system that doesn’t capture key fraud-detection information electronically also is a problem, the study says.

The GAO review found that more than 4,500 people were awarded asylum in 2014 despite being associated with lawyers or document preparers arrested that same year in an immigration fraud investigation in New York.

RUSSIA Bans Soros Foundation As A “Threat To National Security And Constitutional Order”.

Open Society is not the first: in late July, the Russian Justice Ministry recognized the US National Endowment for Democracy as an undesirable group after prosecutors discovered the US NGO had spent millions on attempts to question the legitimacy of Russian elections and tarnish the prestige of national military service.

The Law on Undesirable Foreign Organizations came into force in early June this year. It requires the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Foreign Ministry to draw up an official list of undesirable foreign organizations and outlaw their activities. Once a group is recognized as undesirable, its assets in Russia must be frozen, its offices closed and the distribution of any of its materials must be banned.

“Medium complexion”? The suspect is black.

This euphemism is reminiscent of the description of alleged rapist-murderer Philip Chism in a police report: “white” in the “race” box and “dark” in the “complexion” box.

REMINDER: Absent Trump, Republican Candidates Ignore Illegal Immigration and Border.

Six Republican presidential candidates lined up to speak at a Faith and Freedom Coalition forum hosted by Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas, on Sunday afternoon [October 18]. Donald Trump was not one of them. Surprisingly, or perhaps not, the topics of illegal immigration and border security were not discussed by those who were there.

The candidates; Carly Fiorina, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Rick Santorum, Mike Huckabee, Ben Carson, and Jeb Bush, came and went from the stage and interview never mentioning one of the biggest issues before the Texas voters they were addressing – the Texas border with Mexico. Instead the candidates fielded softball questions from the host and moderator, Dr. Jack Graham, on topics like Obamacare, religious liberty, judicial activism, the role of faith in the candidate’s life and decision-making, and being a Washington outsider.

The candidates had ten minutes to discuss whatever they wanted to mention. That presentation was followed by a ten to fifteen minute interview with Dr. Graham.

CULTURAL ENRICHMENT: Swedish woman initially didn’t report Iraqi train molester because she felt sorry for him.

According to a report out of FriaTider.se, the victim initially refused to report the [attempted] rape to police because she “felt sorry for him” due to his “difficult situation” and feared that he would be deported back to Iraq.

The train attendant eventually convinced the woman to report the incident and the perpetrator was later arrested and sentenced to one year in prison while also being ordered to pay the victim 85,000 kronor in damages.

It later transpired that the rapist’s refugee status was bogus – he was not in any danger in the region of Iraq he had left and had merely traveled to Scandinavia for economic reasons.

BLACK LIES MATTER: Black Texas High Schooler Pretends To Be White On Social Media When Threatening To Shoot Up School.

Shalaria Jones, 17, posted the threats on a fake Twitter account she created with the handle @whitebitchhoe.

“im at @jamesbowiehighschool sittin in class thinkin who should I kill first by the way im white nd a junior,” read one Jones tweet. . . .

In another tweet, Jones posted a picture of a handgun. She also wrote: “@ 12 be readie for bowie to hav a schoo shootin.”

I can’t put my finger on precisely why, but these don’t read like a white person’s tweets, “by the way im white” notwithstanding. I wonder what it could be. Hmm.

PRETTY MUCH: Rand Paul: Marco Rubio Wants Illegal, Unending War. Him and everyone else in the establishment, right and left.

The Clinton/Rubio foreign policy advocated for direct force to enact regime change in Libya and Syria. Their only difference of opinion was in the degree of direct force necessary. Clinton and Obama tend to intervene but primarily by armaments and air power. Rubio, on the other hand, beats his chest and insists we must also have American boots on the ground in Libya, Syria, Iraq, Nigeria, and anywhere else terrorism arises. . . .

The Clinton/Rubio foreign policy calls for a no-fly zone over Syria in airspace in which Russia already flies — a recipe for confrontation. We shouldn’t be surprised since the Clinton/Rubio foreign policy also called for admitting Georgia to NATO at a time when Russia already had her tentacles in Georgia — an invitation to war with Russia.

When I forced the Foreign Relations Committee to debate an authorization of military force against ISIS, Senator Rubio and McCain insisted that the new authorization be unlimited temporally or geographically. Basically, they want a war without end against an undefined enemy in an unspecified region of the world. And the legal authorization of war? That never came. So we fight on and on without any Constitutional authority.

BLACK LIES MATTER: Twitter threats to black Kean students made by black alumna, police say.

McKelvey, a self-proclaimed activist, participated in a student rally regarding racial issues on Nov. 17, but left midway through the rally and walked to a computer station in a university library.

Once there, McKelvey allegedly created an anonymous Twitter account – @keanuagainstblk – and began posting threats of violence against black Kean students.

The first message around 10 p.m. said “kean university twitter against blacks is for everyone who hates blacks people” and a tweet about there being a bomb on the campus, and then continued with several other tweets about shooting black students at the university.

After making the posts, McKelvey returned to the rally and attempted to spread awareness of the threats, authorities said.

TEXAS: Major threat to women and minorities as government discrimination against white males might decrease.

A 2011 study prepared for D/FW International Airport found that minority and women-owned professional service subcontractors were already getting more than their share of work. . . .

A 1989 U.S. Supreme Court ruling said minority set aside programs must be supported by current evidence of disparity and not just past evidence of discrimination. [See City of Richmond v. J.A. Croson Co.]

Dallas County has never completed an availability and disparity study to support the MWBE [Minority/Women Business Enterprise] program it has.

On Tuesday, county commissioners voted to continue the existing MWBE program and extend the deadline to finish a disparity study.

In other words, the local government might find that white men are “underrepresented” and perhaps respond by not actively discriminating against them as much in making government contracts.

So, what’s the headline? “Support for Minority and Women-Owned Businesses Questioned.” And the opening sentence? “New disparity studies could threaten minority and women-owned business enterprise programs that encourage contractors to hire disadvantaged subcontracting firms in North Texas.”

Bild newspaper has released video footage in which it alleges the guards call for asylum-seekers to be put in concentration camps.

One recording purports to show a uniformed security guard speaking of getting “swastikas in my eyes”.

“In two years, there will be a revolution here and there will be no more of all this s***. We’ll clean it all out,” the guard, who has not been named, appears to say.

“We have plenty of summer camps, and I swear to you they can be used again. On the gate: work makes you free,” he says. . . .

The security guard has not been identified but Bild says he is one of those working at Berlin’s State Office for Health and Social Affairs, or LaGeSo, the main centre for refugees in the city.

LOVE WINS: HIV-positive man charged in alleged videotaped rape of 6-year-old boy.

Police eventually identified Task based on a gold ring he was wearing, as well as other physical characteristics. They say he has since acknowledged raping the boy in interviews.

A co-defendant, 19-year-old William Byers-Augusta, is charged with bringing the boy to Task’s residence on April 20 where the boy was given amyl nitrite — an inhaled drug used to intensify a sexual experience. That man is also awaiting trial.

George Harasz and Douglas Wirth adopted nine boys, including three groups of brothers, between 2000 and 2008. They were arrested on sexual assault charges in 2011 and were cleared in 2014. . . .

Since they were also raising Wirth’s biological son and daughter, the couple made it clear they did not want to take in children with histories of sexual abuse.

Nonetheless, the Department of Children and Families “deliberately hid the first boys’ sexualized past from Haraz and Writh,” according to the complaint, which claims four of the couple’s adopted children had sexually abused other kids in previous foster homes. . . .

The complaint alleges DCF “mistakenly believed the outlandish lies of a troubled teen” who had “pathological problems” and had previously accused a DCF social worker and juvenile court judge of fondling him.

It claims the DCF system “is designed to convict people accused of child sexual abuse; it does not exist to protect falsely accused people, and in this case was used to fabricate a case that was not based on facts.”

It’s good to see that same-sex couples are now free to have the same experiences with the “child services” bureaucracy as normal couples.

LOVE WINS: Dentist accused of trying to spread HIV was once AIDS activist.

The depraved Manhattan dentist who was busted for distributing kiddie porn and intentionally trying to spread HIV was ironically an advocate for AIDS victims in the late 1980s.

What’s “ironic” about that? Is it unusual for homosexuals to spread disease while advocating that everyone else bend over to accommodate?

Wolf has been charged with conspiracy to possess methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and possession and distribution of child porn.

He is also accused of engaging in rampant sex parties with animals in Brooklyn and Manhattan, including a dog on one occasion, according to federal law enforcement sources.

A notice of his arrest has been posted on Yelp, asking anyone who may have been victimized to call the FBI.

The judge believed — on what she said was the ‘balance of probabilities’ — that Peter wanted to be a loving parent . . . The judge accused Rosanna of using ‘stereotypical images and descriptions of gay men’, claimed she ‘insinuated that gay men in same-sex relationships behave in a sexually disinhibited manner’, and that she suggested they were ‘sexually disloyal to each other’. . . . In a withering judgment, she said Rosanna ‘has sought to present herself . . . as a victim and someone whose rights as a mother have been trampled over and abused.’ . . .

The judge said the toddler was very young and would ‘settle quickly’ with her father and his lover, adding that Peter had the ability to allow her to grow into a ‘happy, balanced and healthy adult and reach her greatest potential’. . . . The judge removed parental responsibility from the mother and gave it not only to the child’s father but also to his lover, despite the fact that the two men are not in a civil partnership . . .

The men are now seeking child maintenance from Rosanna.

JEFF SESSIONS: “In just the last year, refugees and other migrants admitted to the U.S. from Bosnia, Somalia, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Ghana, Kuwait and Bangladesh have been implicated in terrorist activity.” And the immigration history of still more remains hidden:

On August 12, we sent a letter to Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson, and Secretary of State John Kerry . . . The letter identified at least 72 individuals in the United States who have been identified as having a connection to terrorism over the last one-year period. According to publicly available information, a disproportionately large number of these individuals are foreign-born immigrants admitted to the United States – and in many cases, are immigrants who naturalized after admission. An additional number are the children of foreign migrants. The letter asked for basic immigration and family immigration information pertaining to each of these terrorists.

More than three months later the Administration has not provided immigration details on a single one of the 72. It is quite telling that this Administration – which seems to have unlimited resources to circumvent our immigration laws and further its executive amnesties – cannot find the time or resources to provide timely answers to these simple questions.

The passport book MailOnline acquired is genuine, made from a batch seized from one of the many Syrian government offices captured by advancing opposition forces.

The forger explained that the militias fighting the forces of Assad make a beeline for government offices when they over-run a town. They know the value of the documents there and steal the passports, papers and even the printers that are used to create identity cards and driving licenses.

There are no such databases on Syrians. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: FBI: No way to screen ‘refugees’ coming to U.S.

For the second time this year, the FBI has warned Congress that admitting people displaced by the Syrian civil war into the U.S. is a highly dubious venture, fraught with risks that terrorist fighters could slip in posing as “refugees.”

The debate about the security risk posed by Syrian refugees has been raging for months between two sectors of the federal government – the FBI headed by James Comey and the State Department headed by John Kerry.

Background: Elder Christofferson explains updated LDS Church policies on same-sex marriage and children.

The changes to a church handbook released Thursday mandate church discipline for same-sex couples who marry and grew out of questions that came from different parts of the world and the United States, Elder Christofferson said in a video posted on the Mormon Newsroom website.

“We recognize that same-sex marriages are now legal in the United States and some other countries,” he said, “and that people have the right if they choose to enter into those, and we understand that, but that’s not a right that exists in the church. That’s the clarification.”

He said the new policy restricting children of same-sex couples from baptism until they are 18 originated from “a desire to protect children in their innocence and in their minority years.”

“We don’t want the child to have to deal with issues that might arise where the parents feel one way and the expectations of the church are very different,” he said. . . .

The update affirmed one of the church’s fundamental doctrines, that marriage is between a man and a woman. It also clarified that entering a same-sex marriage is considered apostasy and requires a church disciplinary council. The update states that homosexual relations, especially sexual cohabitation, are serious transgressions for which a disciplinary council may be necessary.

PRIORITIES: Berlin police raid 10 sites in German capital in crackdown on online anti-migrant hate speech.

They say the raids are part of an ongoing investigation into hate speech spread over social media meant to incite people against asylum-seekers and refugee housing.

Berlin’s top security official, Frank Henkel, says authorities “won’t turn away if racism or incitement is being spread on the Internet.”

He says that the authorities alone can’t police hate speech online and appealed for social networks themselves to combat it more effectively.

At another security company, a salesman said that every time the Immigration Service buys or rents a new housing facility, his firm is swamped with calls. “The next day,” he said, “half the village calls and wants to buy alarm systems.”

PAYBACK: ‘Black Power’ Administrator Costs University $4.8 Million.

According to Wilkins’ lawsuit, she started to be pushed out at Harris-Stowe after the college hired Latisha Smith as a faculty member in 2007. Smith was quickly promoted to assistant dean and then dean of the College of Education, and Wilkins said she subscribed to a “black power” ideology that drove her to purge the college of all whites. In 2010 Wilkins was fired, with Smith blaming the move on state budget cuts. Wilkins says every white professor at the school was ultimately let go, except for one protected by tenure. Meanwhile, only one black professor was let go, and it was due to a sex crime conviction.

While Harris-Stowe’s budget was used to justify Wilkins termination, shortly after she was let go the school hired two new (black) professors to teach her classes, at a combined salary higher than what Wilkins earned.

Smith attempted to conceal her behavior by deleting emails, but some slipped through the cracks and provided critical evidence for the lawsuit. In one email, a black instructor complained to Smith about her egregious prejudice.

Many gay couples used adoption laws as a way to gain legal family ties in order to get benefits, as reported by CNN.

This was the case for Esposito, a retired teacher, and his now adopted partner Roland “Drew” Bosee, a former freelance and technical writer. The couple went through with the adoption in 2012 after 40 years of being together.

The couple is now trying to reverse the adoption in order to get married, but a state court judge has rejected that request saying adoption annulments are generally limited to cases of fraud.

AMERICA INTERVENES, CHRISTIANS LOSE: Instagram Deletes Account for Revealing Destroyed Serb Churches in Kosovo.

Hoping to foil Kosovo’s attempt to become a member of UNESCO, ethnically Serbian student activists in the self-proclaimed state created a page on Instagram called “No to Kosovo’s Membership in UNESCO.” There they posted photos of numerous Orthodox Christian places of worship and significance, including monasteries, churches and cemeteries, which were demolished in the years after ethnic Albanian Muslims gained de facto independence with the help of a deadly NATO bombing campaign and EU endorsement. Instagram responded by blocking the account for its “disturbing content.”

“We have been told that we are posting disturbing images, and we simply posted the truth — the burning of Serb churches and monasteries, the holy places, the destruction of monuments, tombs, and so on,” Nemanja Bisevac, one of the account’s administrators, told journalists.

On Tuesday a ruling in favour of cities that had registered same-sex marriages was annulled by the country’s highest appeal court.

Same-sex marriage is not legal in Italy, which is un-surprising in a country heavily influenced by the Vatican. Despite this, some liberal mayors have been defying the law by registering unions that have occurred abroad.

Deaton and Anne Case, both Princeton economists, received international media attention for the paper published Monday in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS). But before they submitted it there, they tried to get it published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), Deaton said.

He compared the response to calling the fire department to report that your house is on fire: “And they say, ‘Well, what caused the fire?’ and you say, ‘I don’t know,’ and they say, ‘Well, we can’t send the fire brigade until you tell us what caused the fire.’”

CANADA: Hate crimes trial underway in Quesnel, B.C.

Roy Arthur Topham was charged in 2012, after complaints to the RCMP Hate Crimes Unit.

The indictment charges him with two counts of “communicating statements, other than in private conversation, that wilfully promote hatred against an identifiable group, people of the Jewish religion or ethnic origin.”

The charges arise from articles Topham wrote or posted on his website . . .

The Crown’s expert witness, Len Rudner, has RCMP protection. Rudner is a former long-time staffer with the Canadian Jewish Congress.

Monday in court, Rudner testified that some of the articles written by Topham and posted on his website distorted and demonized Jewish people. Rudner testified Topham’s articles accused “World Jewry” of starting World War II, controlling the media and planning for world domination.

Rudner said Topham’s writing associated Jews with the devil, including Topham’s use of the phrase,”Synagogues of Satan.”

“[Topham] blames Jews for the war on Hitler,” Rudner testified. “There is no global conspiracy. There is no secret kabal of Jews wanting to control the world.”

On these grounds, wouldn’t claims about the Patriarchy (conspiracy of men) and White Privilege (conspiracy of whites) constitute prosecutable hate speech, for “wilfully promot[ing] hatred against an identifiable group”? This man has one web site. The left has the press and schools. But he’s being prosecuted, and they aren’t.

DHS: 179,027 Convicted Criminal Aliens With Deportation Orders Remain In U.S.

Detailed in DHS responses to questions posed by Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), the Chairman of the Senate Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest, as of September 918,369 non-detained aliens with final orders of deportation remained in the U.S.

Of those 918,369 aliens with final orders of removal, 179,027 have criminal convictions and remain at large in the U.S.

PSYCHOTHERAPIST: The “trans” movement is “a near-dictatorship being foisted on everyone.”

The author makes some interesting observations. First, there’s pressure on professionals and parents to unquestioningly accept the “trans” identity of children:

As professionals, if we don’t loudly prioritize their identities as being the most important thing about them (and identities do shift constantly in kids and teens), we risk coming across as unsupportive and even immoral. . . .

Children are being trained to think their parents do not love them if mom and dad don’t jump aboard the trans train. To me, this is a brutal aspect of a near-dictatorship being foisted on everyone.

Second, the children themselves are being played by the movement, which is “actively recruiting young, psychologically undefined and frightened people to push their agenda”:

One common trait I’ve noticed in nearly all the trans kids I’ve met has been their profound sense of being different, and too alone. They often have had little success with making friends . . . They are prime targets for group think narratives. . . . They are also craving protection and the stamp of legitimacy . . .

Now that the government and medical communities are involved in the creation of who trans folks are, this class of individuals have finally found their safe havens.

PRIORITIES: Parish Church Strips Out Crosses, Pulpit, Pews For The Comfort Of Migrants.

A German evangelical priest has offered his parish church up to become migrant housing, but will be stripping out most of the fittings to ensure their comfort – including all symbols of Christianity.

Father Joachim Deterding, parish priest of the evangelical Königshardt-Schmachtendorf church in Oberhausen, western Germany offered his church to the city authorities this week, a suggestion they accepted “gladly”, reports der Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung.
