THE LYING PRESS: Virginia: Lynchburg woman [sic] indicted on rape charge.

Fialkowski, 25, faces one count each of felony rape; abduction with the intent to defile; enticing another into a dwelling with intent to commit a felony; strangulation; and misdemeanor assault, according to the indictment.

The charges stem from incidents that happened Aug. 17 . . .

Fialkowski was arrested Sept. 1 on eight counts of producing child pornography, Lynchburg Police Lt. Malcolm Booker said in an email last month.

He said the charges stemmed from an incident on July 28, but declined to give more details because of the ongoing investigation.

Eighth paragraph:

Fialkowski, a transgender [sic] woman [sic], made headlines last year when a judge denied her [sic] request to change her [sic] name from Joseph David Fialkowski.

The July and September incidents aren’t the first. From March: Va. Family Drops Charges Against Trans Woman [sic] Arrested for Aiding Their Suicidal Trans Son [sic]:

According to Richmond LGBT newspaper Gay RVA, in early April Fialkowski tracked down the young man [sic; also, later referred to as a “teen”], whose name has not been released, by searching on the Internet for his [sic] address. When she [sic] set out for his [sic] home, little did she [sic] know that the ordeal would end in her [sic] arrest and alleged mistreatment by police.

Joined that day by Linda Ramsey, a friend and out lesbian prayer chaplain, Fialkoski reportedly went to the boy’s [sic] home . . . Fialkoski and Ramsey offered to shelter him [sic] in Ramsey’s home temporarily. . . .

Fialkowski . . . stayed over Ramsey’s house regularly.

A man who says he’s a woman seeks out a teenaged girl by looking up her address on the internet. Not disconcerting at all! He has her shack up with a lesbian and he himself sleeps over regularly. Not a cause for concern, no sir! All of this gets a friendly write-up in the LGBT activist press. The charges are dropped, and then mere months later the man is indicted on charges of “felony rape; abduction with the intent to defile; enticing another into a dwelling with intent to commit a felony; strangulation; and misdemeanor assault.” And the headline? “Lynchburg woman indicted on rape charge.” Something tells me that his “trans” status (not to mention past behavior) is a little more important to the story.
