Three Iraqi asylum seekers have been arrested for committing sexual assaults during the celebrations in the city’s Senate Square, where some 20,000 had gathered.
Security personnel reported “widespead sexual harrassment” during the celebrations, police added, with women complaining that asylum seekers had groped their breasts and kissed them without permission.
“This phenomenon is new in Finnish sexual crime history,” Ilkka Koskimaki, the deputy chief of police in Helsinki, told the Telegraph. ”We have never before had this kind of sexual harrassment happening at New Year’s Eve.” . . .
“Our information from these reception centres were that disturbances or other crimes would happen in the city centre. We were prepared for fights and sexual harrassment and thefts.”

Trump is by no means my beau ideal of a statesman. Nor do I think he is even a conservative. It doesn’t matter. I’ve lost faith in the current conservative establishment to deliver on its promises. Their highest goals are to chip away at the deficit and wiggle around touchy issues by appointing the “right judges” to the Supreme Court.
That reeks of weakness, of kicking the can down the road. I’m tired of the Republican congress throwing up its hands in defeat to the Left at every turn, claiming it can do nothing. It’s not true. The conservative establishment doesn’t have to bow to the Senate filibuster. It could recover the power of the purse but it doesn’t have the will.
Nikki Haley’s call to resist the “angriest” voices encapsulates perfectly the attitude of the political elite. They are content to furrow their brows at the Left while it plots to wipe them out. That is the path to being a permanent member of the loyal opposition, not victory.

Verbal abuses, sexual harassment as well as attacks on Christians and Yezidis by Muslim asylum seekers in Germany take place on an almost daily basis. They are no longer seen as isolated cases. . . .
Many Muslim asylum seekers, especially those from Iraq, pass themselves off as Yezidis from Shingal region before German authorities to increase their chance of being recognised as entitled to political asylum. Several of these cases are known and can be testified by Yezidis.
ANARCHO-TYRANNY: Sweden: Immigrant gang attack staff and passengers with batons at Odenplan train station in Stockholm; none are arrested.
At half past seven on Sunday evening, police were notified that between ten and twenty masked immigrant youths armed with batons attacked Odenplan Metro Station, writes Swedish Radio.
The immigrants attacked and intimidated both staff and passengers at the train station. There was a large police presence, according to eyewitnesses, and the policemen were armed with automatic MP5 assault rifles to stop the rabid gang, who smashed parts of the station.
But, despite the fact that the immigrants armed themselves, caused vandalism, attacked and frightened both staff and passengers, the police did not arrest any of them. Instead they were, according to DN, gathered and sent to various locations in Stockholm by bus, in order to separate them (!)

BACKWARDS ASSIMILATION: Migrant centre banned from holding memorial to Swedish social worker ‘stabbed to death by Somali boy, 15’ in case it upsets refugee children.
Mr Lindahl wanted to do a memorial service for ‘colleague’ Miss Mezher, but said that a superior immediately got in touch and forbade them from using council premises.
They were also told not to fly the Swedish flag at half-mast, SVT reports.
A representative for Örnsköldvik council later spoke to SVT Vasternorrland and said the decision to ban the ‘manifestation’ had been done to secure the well being of the children.
Administrative manager Katarina Jensstad said the council had ruled that it was better to hold the memorial service in premises that was not a home for unaccompanied minors.
A service for Miss Mezher was later held at a nearby church in Örnsköldvik, but staff at the housing facility who were scheduled to work, were told they could not attend during working hours.

THE TRUMP DOCTRINE Revealed:
Trump’s advisers also claim that Trump’s wide-ranging foreign policy proposals, which include renegotiating the U.S.-Japan alliance treaty and outsourcing the Syria problem to the Russians, all fit into an easily understandable set of three “organizing principles” that form Trump’s governing doctrine on foreign policy.
“One, we want to take a very clear worldview in our foreign policy, dealing with the national interest, and let that be our organizing principles. Two is that we want to make sure that we engage in free markets, but we want those markets to be fairer as well. And three, if we do not have strong economic recovery, we can’t do the other two,” said Clovis. “If that’s not a Trump doctrine, I don’t know what is.”
The practical application of that doctrine plays out in several ways. Trump’s narrow definition of “national interest” does not include things like democracy promotion, humanitarian intervention, the responsibility to protect people from atrocities or the advocacy of human rights abroad. Trump believes that economic engagement will lead to political opening in the long run. He doesn’t think the U.S. government should spend blood or treasure on trying to change other countries’ systems.
“This is a long game; it’s not a short game,” Clovis said. He faulted neoconservatives who ” think you can go out there and in three weeks after Iraq collapses you can create a constitutional democracy over there.”
WE HAVE ARRIVED: University of Connecticut to Build Blacks-Only Segregated Dorm. “The University of Connecticut has recently come under fire for planning to build an all-black male dormitory titled ‘SCHOLA2RS House’ (Scholastic House Of Leaders who are African American Researchers and Scholars).”
LAWLESSNESS: Gangs of Moroccan “street children” make Sweden’s main station a no go zone. A police officer is quoted as saying, “These guys are a huge problem for us. They steal stuff everywhere and assault security guards. They grope girls between their legs and slap them in the face when they protest. All police officers are aware of this. I would never let my children go to the central station. No officer would.”
Swedish men have responded to the lack of police protection. A slanted headline from the Daily Mail reads, “Mobs of ‘hundreds’ of masked men rampage through Stockholm central station beating up refugee children.” (UPDATE: Is there any truth to this claim?) And the police who couldn’t be bothered to protect the Swedes came out in force to defend the Moroccan gangs. (UPDATE: False? Stockholm “Attack:” Invented by Controlled Media.)
Note that “refugee” “children” are often neither refugees—especially in the case of these Moroccans—nor children: “Why would men between 20 and 30 years of age choose to pose as children and be put in foster homes and schools for teenagers? The answer is that ‘children’ get their applications fast-tracked, and 75% receive permanent residency status in Sweden.” Moreover, “Child migrants . . . receive immediate housing and cash hand-outs.”
Immigration policy doesn’t discourage fraud in this area: “It recently emerged that the Immigration Service urged its administrators to accept as a ‘child’ everyone who looked under the age of 40.” Indeed, rampant fraud is likely, if Sweden’s neighbor provides any indication: “In Norway, teeth x-rays revealed that 9 out of 10 unaccompanied refugee children are above the age of 18. Sometimes they are as much as 10 years older.”
In any event, these “children” commit serious crimes, and yet they forego serious punishment, often due to their supposed age. A North African, identified as 16, was found guilty of partaking in a gang-rape of a Swedish woman and sentenced to spend nine months in a low-security juvenile detention center, from which he promptly escaped. The authorities say they know nothing of his identity beyond fingerprints.
More recently, a Somali identified as 15 (and who is six-foot tall) has been arrested for stabbing a young female social worker to death in a shelter where men as old as 24 claim to be minors. Probably due to the public outcry about the brutality of the crime, he is actually being held in prison rather than a detention center. (more…)
NOAH TRENDE: Why Trump? Why Now?
The leadership of the Republican Party and the old conservative movement is, itself, culturally cosmopolitan. . . . Most of them live in blue megapolises, most come from middle-class families and attended elite institutions, and a great many of them roll their eyes at the various cultural excesses of “the base.” There is, in other words, a court/country divide among Republicans.
This has been exacerbated by the crack-up of the Clinton Coalition . . . This change pushed out many of the Jacksonians that formed the backbone of the party for 150 years, creating an influx of lower-middle-class/working-class voters, in turn swelling the ranks of the cultural traditionalists among the Republicans. . . .
Neither party’s leadership is particularly well attuned to the most important divide in American life. Democrats are openly suspicious, if not hostile, to these voters, while Republicans at best hold their noses on cultural issues if it advantages them (but they will go to the mattresses for unpopular tax cuts for wealthy Americans).
So the Republicans offer up candidates who are from cosmopolitan America, who have their speeches written by speechwriters from cosmopolitan American, who have their images created by consultants from cosmopolitan America, and who develop their issue positions in office buildings located in cosmopolitan America. Then they wonder why the base isn’t excited.
PRIORITIES: EXPOSED: Pro Migrant Campaigners FAKED Migrant Death For Propaganda. This fabrication got a lot more serious attention right away from journalists and the authorities than did, for example, the mass sexual assault in Cologne on New Year’s Eve:
The story instantly went viral, and had entered the mainstream press by Wednesday afternoon, spreading beyond Germany to reports in the English language media. Tributes collected outside the office, with pro migration activists leaving candles and flowers outside the doors and even wearing black mourning armbands. . . .
Doubts about the veracity of the claims started to surface when journalists were unable to find records of the dead migrant in Berlin’s hospitals and morgues. . . .
The Berlin establishment has reacted with anger to the revelations. Senator with responsibility for the interior Frank Henkel said there should be consequences for the man who started the false allegation. He told Zeit:
“This is one of the most rotten and insidious actions that I have ever seen… Berlin’s authorities had to search for hours and with great efforts for a fictional LaGeSo death”.

For Belgians, already reeling from recent terrorist plots and a chronically dysfunctional government, Mr. Trump’s words were enough to induce a fit of pique . . .
Belgium has come under scrutiny for failing to tame growing radicalization. Éric Zemmour, a French writer, recently suggested in an interview that rather than bombing the Islamic State’s self-declared capital of Raqqa, Syria, France should bomb Molenbeek, the working-class district in Brussels where several of the Paris attackers lived.

Belgium provides more foreign fighters to Iraq and Syria, per capita, than any other European nation, and authorities estimate that 130 of these battle-trained extremists have returned home. . . .
The mayor’s office told us there are about 800 suspected jihadists in Belgium, 450 in Brussels, and 85 in Molenbeek. Brussels has a population of just over 1 million people, but it has six different police departments and 19 districts. The federal government has authority over counter-terrorism, but relies on local departments to provide on-the-ground intelligence and surveillance. It’s a jurisdictional nightmare.
PRIORITIES: German government arrests two, shuts down “xenophobic” web site.
The German government on Wednesday banned a far-right Internet platform that it accused of spreading “racist, xenophobic, anti-Semitic, homophobic and anti-Islamic content,” and federal prosecutors said two people were arrested.
The ban on the Altermedia Deutschland platform is “a clear sign that the rule of law doesn’t allow hate crime,” Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere said.
TRUMP: Leaders in Germany and Brussels are “destroying Europe.” “Look what’s happening to Germany. Look what’s happening to Brussels. … I don’t know what’s wrong with their leaders. At least we’re not the only ones that have terrible leaders. What’s wrong with their leaders? They’re destroying Europe.”
According to The Times, he said: ‘Continuously pretending that a group is somehow eventually going to become like the rest of us is perhaps the deepest form of disrespect.
‘Because what you are essentially saying is the fact that they behave in a different way, some of which we may not like, is because they haven’t yet seen the light. It may be that they see the world differently to the rest of us.’
Mr Phillips added that people of certain backgrounds in the UK are not going to change their views ‘simply because we are constantly telling them that basically they should be like us’.

Dulce Candy, the invited Latino questioner, said she was brought from central Mexico to the United States while a young girl. She later joined the U.S. military and served in Iraq.

ANARCHO-TYRANNY: Danish teen fought off her attacker – now she’ll face fine.
She said the man knocked her to the ground and then unbuttoned her pants and attempted to undress her.
The girl was able to save herself from further assault by using pepper spray on the attacker, but now she may be the one who ends up in legal trouble.
“It is illegal to possess and use pepper spray, so she will likely be charged for that,” local police spokesman Knud Kirsten told TV Syd. . . .
The man who attacked the 17-year-old fled from the scene and has not been charged. . . .
It is not known . . . if the assailant in this latest incident was an asylum seeker or refugee.

MORE, PLEASE: Dutch rioters FORCE council to abandon migrant centre with ultra-violent protest.
Plans were being floated to house 1,500 asylum-seekers in the town of 27,000.
The violence peaked when fireworks and bricks were thrown at assembled police officers. Authorities claimed a small group of out-of-towners were responsible for the protest getting out of hand. Two police officers sustained minor injuries in the clash but nobody was seriously hurt.
The demonstration, which took place late last month, was met with a wave o[f] condemnation. A minister in the country called the incident “un-Dutch” and said there had never been anything like it. Deputy justice minister Klaas Dijkhoff said: “This is not how we deal with each other in the Netherlands. This is unheard of.”
But, incredibly, the riot ended in a victory for the protesters. Little more than a week after the debris had been clear, the mayor of Geldermalsen said the plans had been cancelled.

COOL: Charles Murray’s Human Accomplishment Database Goes Public.
Charles Murray was actually kind enough to email me the HA database a couple of months ago, so this public release is mostly redundant for my own project. But it is a very good thing nonetheless that many more people will now be able to run their own historical and social “experiments” using his data, including those who might earlier have shied at openly requesting it.
It is also part of a general process now underway in which there is growing demand for scientists to make their data publically available as opposed to just on request. To a significant extent I think the reason more scientists don’t yet do this is that the technical means for doing so – especially for older scientists who tend to be less computer savvy – are still few and far between.

The next day, Wednesday June 11th, the House of Representatives was . . . in a state of shock – Almost the entire reason for the defeat was the controversial immigration position of Cantor.
Immediately panicked GOP congresscritters were calling Kevin McCarthy and revoking their previous (2 days earlier) positions of support for the bill. By lunchtime Wednesday June 11th it was obvious the Immigration Bill was NOW DEAD in the House.
That’s how close it was. Literally within hours of a vote for passage.
Amnesty didn’t die because of Senator Ted Cruz or anything he did or didn’t do. The gang of eight bill had already passed the senate.
SHILLS: Selective Outrage: National Review Trashes Trump, Rallies Behind Ryan.
A little over three months ago, National Review endorsed Rep. Paul Ryan for Speaker of the House. In doing so, National Review helped place a man with a two-decade history of pushing open borders immigration policies in charge of the Republican Party’s entire legislative agenda.
Ten weeks after that endorsement helped Paul Ryan secure the Speakership, Ryan proceeded to swiftly pass an omnibus spending bill that funded and expanded President Obama’s immigration agenda.
Ryan’s bill provided funding for sanctuary cities, illegal alien resettlement, illegal alien tax credits, and visa issuances to nearly 300,000 (temporary and permanent) Muslim migrants over the next 12 months alone. The bill also funded an expansion of the highly controversial H-2B foreign worker program, which Sen. Tom Cotton said violated Ryan’s “promise not to bring major immigration legislation to the floor this year.”
The editors at National Review waited until the omnibus bill had passed before issuing a statement about it. They called it “disappointing.” The top Disqus comment on that statement called them out on not naming the “perpetraitors” responsible:

JUSTIN RAIMONDO: National Review’s “Against Trump” issue violates 501(c)(3) regulations.
In March of last year, Politico reported that National Review was becoming a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, which would enable it to solicit tax-deductible donations . . .
Rich Lowry averred that the shift would be good for the magazine, which was fighting a costly lawsuit and had never been profitable anyway. . . .
This anti-Trump issue of National Review is, in effect, a campaign pamphlet directed against a political candidate—indeed, the cover proclaims “Against Trump”—and, as such, is in clear violation of IRS statutes regulating nonprofit organizations.
The regulations are quite explicit [PDF] that nonprofit organizations must “not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office.”

Commenting on the Cologne sex-attack controversy, MuslimStern, which has 20,000 followers on Facebook, said its mission was to ‘highlight the way the media was using the incidents to promote racism against minorities’.
The group complained that the female victims had brought the unwanted attention to themselves by dressing in a manner that North African men were not accustomed to.
The group claimed: ‘You cannot expect to chuck a naked antelope in front of a lion and not expect it to react. It is mind boggling that with so much time spent teaching children about sex at school, they completely forget to pass on this basic biological fact.’

The allegations against the migrant bathers has come to light thanks to a leaked internal letter from the Zwickau Town Hall, between the chief clerk to his department head, reproduced in part by German tabloid Bild. Writing of the historic swimming pool’s decision to close their doors to migrants until further notice, Rainer Kallweit wrote this week of a shocking incident which has left the baths abandoned by local swimmers.
In his report, the authenticity of which has since been confirmed by the city administration[,] Mr. Kallweit wrote the shocking words:
“An asylum seeker has masturbated in the hot tub and ejaculated into the basin. This is also recorded on the surveillance camera”. . . .
The local radio station reports the actions of the migrants has caused “outrage”, and a number of sexual harassment of women and girls by migrants has been reported. Migrants have now been banned from the pool until they can be educated at the migrant centres about “behaviour towards woman and girls in swimwear” and the “user regulations of our baths”.
This behaviour in Zwickau is not by any means unique in Germany. Breitbart London has reported on a number of sex attacks on children in swimming baths over the past week, with girls as young as 11 and boys as young as three being targeted by migrant gangs.

HB: I’m sure that the alt-right functions as a sort of intellectual pornography for some of the Beltway right as well. But it seems some just can’t get over the idea of “Democrats being the real racists” or the alt-right being Democrat plants. Do you think this type of conservatism will have to be overstepped completely?
RV: Yes, I think it will have to be. At first, we will just see the politicians and pundits drop the “demonrats are the real racists!” rhetoric completely, and they aren’t going to be totally explicit about race, they’re going to treat it like Donald Trump has. As for electoral politics, the alt-right is going to have an influence starting at the local levels, they’re going to run for office and win, sort of like we saw the Tea Party do post-2008, where they had some success in electoral politics.

But despite growing protests by local residents against the refugee arrivals, the Twin Falls area can count on being a prime spot for refugees for years to come, thanks to one man’s rising business enterprise.
That man is Hamdi Ulukaya, a Kurdish Muslim and immigrant from Turkey who created the billion-dollar U.S.-based Chobani yogurt empire.
Ulukaya opened the world’s largest yogurt factory in Twin Falls about two years ago and the plant now employs 600 people with about 30 percent of those jobs filled by foreign refugees shipped here from United Nations camps in the Middle East and Africa.
But now Ulukaya is upping the ante. . . .
At the World Economic Forum meeting this weekend in Davos, Switzerland, he will call on other CEOs to join his campaign to throw corporate cash, lobbying initiatives, services and jobs to refugees.
Six companies have already taken him up on the idea. Ikea, MasterCard, Airbnb, LinkedIn, Western Union and UPS have all agreed to hire more refugees or provide free services to them.
If immigrants are supposed to take “the jobs Americans don’t want,” then why all the effort to hire immigrants? Note how the Muslim immigrant’s business preferentially hires fellow Muslim immigrants, and how he pushes for more of them. This must be what the elites call “assimilation.”
WHITEY NEED NOT APPLY: White Refugees not Allowed in Germany.
According to the Frankfurter Rundschau newspaper, of the more than 7,000 Ukrainians who applied for asylum in 2014 and 2015, only 5 percent have been granted that status, and all the rest will be sent back to the Ukraine—even though there has been a full-scale war there since April 2014.
The Frankfurter Rundschau said that many of the refugees come directly from the Donbass region war zone, where their houses and livelihoods have been destroyed—identical to the claims made by the “Syrians” currently pouring into Germany. . . .
Last week, despite the ongoing conflict, Ukraine was declared a “safe” country by the German government, the Frankfurter Rundschau revealed. This means that from now on, no one from that nation will qualify for asylum in Germany.
This policy is in marked contrast to the German government’s continued hesitation in declaring Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and many sub-Saharan African nations “safe” countries.
The double standards are clear: one set of rules is applied to the Ukraine, where there is a genuine war and genuine refugees—but who are white; and another standard to the nonwhite nations of the Middle East, North Africa, and sub-Saharan Africa.

Sure, these people don’t have a legal or moral right to go to Germany or the UK and to stay there, but such stories reveal something about the thrust of these governments’ policies.

WG: You definitely fall comfortably within the spectrum of the growing Alt Right movement. Why is the Alt Right drawing so much new-found support and what led up to that?
RV: The alt-right is drawing support because its criticisms of mainstream politics are correct. . . . The alt-right is also gaining support because there has been a rather clumsy all-out assault by the mainstream media, academia, and government, on White people and even non-White people who identify with historic America. They are also assaulting our traditions and our morals, so people are looking for answers, and the alt-right is providing the correct critique to modernity and mainstream politics, by and large. . . .
WG: . . . How do you respond to people claiming that the nativist positions of the Alt Right are racist?
RV: Well, I think we have done a pretty good job of exposing the people who think that facts are racist, or that jokes are racist, or that the truth is racist. And now, where you used to have cuckservatives and sh*tliberals crying out racist and ending the discussion, now they are largely staying silent or refusing to argue so as to avoid being embarrassed, which is a good thing because it lets us fill the void and spread our criticisms unopposed. Still others have started to consider our criticisms and adopt them, even some in the mainstream conservative media. The term racist is a totally emotionally loaded word. Most people cannot define it when asked. So the best response to being called racist is to mock the person using it as a slur, or to point out that they are trying to end discussion by using this word, or to even ask them if they can even define the word.
CULTURAL ENRICHMENT: Sweden’s Afghan “Rapefugees”.
It recently emerged that the Immigration Service urged its administrators to accept as a “child” everyone who looked under the age of 40 — apparently without any thought as to how inappropriate it is to place grown men in elementary and secondary schools with teenage girls. . . . Most of the Afghans seeking asylum claim to be children, and are therefore fast-tracked to being admitted within six months of the asylum application. . . .
When the news of the mass sexual assaults finally broke in early January, it was clear that the men involved had been so-called “unaccompanied refugee children.” Some 90 young men were apprehended by the police in connection with the sexual assaults. “According to an internal police report,” Dagens Nyheter wrote, “there was a large group of young people, ‘mostly Afghan refugee kids’, who stood out at the concert.”

In a similar scandal, it was also recently revealed that Swedish girls were sexually assaulted by groups of young men “of foreign background” in the summer of 2015, during a music festival in Malmö’s Pildammsparken park. The photographer Freddy Mardell told internet radio station Granskning Sverige that he witnessed the chaos, with crying, hysterical girls. Mardell took photographs and offered them to local daily newspaper, Kvällsposten. The newspaper declined to publish them. . . .
It is also now clear that girls were attacked by large groups of Muslim men on New Year’s Eve in the Swedish cities of Kalmar and Malmö as well. . . .
One police report read: “Something that stood out compared to earlier years was that a couple of hundred that I perceive as ‘unaccompanieds from Afghanistan’ drifted around the city, causing mayhem. There were several cases of large gangs surrounding mostly intoxicated girls/women and molesting them.”
IMPORT ISLAM, GET ISLAM: Christians Abused In Migrant Camps By Arab-Origin Guards Paid To Protect Them.
Die Welt reports on the horror experienced by persecuted Christians who managed to escape autocratic Islamist regimes only to be beaten half to death by Muslim camp guards in Germany.
The broadsheet paper quotes the accident and emergency report of one Christian who fled Iran, but was targeted by “Turkish and Arab descent” guards as soon as he arrived in Germany: “Skull contusion, monocular hematoma right stump chest trauma, blunt abdominal trauma history.
Patient was today beaten by four security people since a massive headache and pain in the abdomen patient was brought to the A&E”.
Speaking to the paper, a victim confides: “[the guards] accused me of insulting Islam, beat me to the ground, and kicked me in the fac[e]”. He and 13 other Christians, in a clear minority at the refugee centre, had suffered abuse daily by Muslim migrants.
KILLING EUROPE: Facebook begins Europe-wide campaign against “extremist” posts—but only the sort of “extremist” posts that involve defending Western Civilization:
The U.S.-based group launched its “Initiative for Civil Courage Online” in Berlin, pledging over 1 million euros ($1.09 million) to support non-governmental organizations in their efforts to counter racist and xenophobic posts.
Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg said hate speech “has no place in our society”, including in the Internet. . . .
On Friday, the firm said it had hired a unit of the publisher Bertelsmann to monitor and delete racist posts on its platform in Germany.
In November, prosecutors in Hamburg launched an investigation into Facebook on suspicion of not doing enough to prevent the dissemination of hate speech.
Top German politicians and celebrities have voiced concern about the rise of anti-foreigner comments on Facebook and other social media as the country struggles to cope with a tide of new migrants that amounted to 1.1 million last year alone.
Chancellor Angela Merkel has urged Facebook to do more, and the Justice Ministry set up a task force with Facebook and other social networks and Internet service providers with the aim of identifying criminal posts more quickly and taking them down.

Ralf Jaeger is the interior minister for North Rhine-Westphalia, where the worst attacks happened. . . .
“What happens on the right-wing platforms and in chatrooms is at least as awful as the acts of those assaulting the women,” he said. . . .
How did the police, in their public statement, summarize those monstrous events? “Ausgelassene Stimmung” — “Exuberant mood.” I suppose that’s one way of putting it.
In the days that followed, details began to leak out online. . . . Germany’s police, politicians and pundits said nothing. The state broadcaster ZDF willfully ignored the story, later admitting that it didn’t want “to spread a bad mood.”
The mayor of Cologne, Henriette Reker, who has campaigned vocally for refugees, told her female constituents that it was up to them to keep men at arm’s length when walking in public. Meanwhile, German MPs pushed ahead with a law to ban hate speech against migrants.
Hannan spends the second half of his article congratulating the UK for not having Germany’s problem. He leaves out any discussion of the mass rape, sexual assault, and pimping of young British girls by Pakistanis in Rotherham and elsewhere, which the authorities covered up because of the races of the perpetrators and of the victims. Call it “multicultural appeasement” if you want, but that just seems like a euphemism for anti-white hatred.

Rubio . . . brought up every other issue he could think of rather than answer. . . .
First, he suggested terrorist penetration of our immigration system wasn’t a problem in 2013, when he served as the public face of Chuck Schumer’s amnesty/immigration-surge bill . . .
My colleague Steve Camarota published a report 164 months ago detailing “How Militant Islamic Terrorists Entered and Remained in the United States, 1993-2001″. Spoiler alert: Most of them used our legal immigration system.
And freelance immigrant terrorists existed way back in 2013 too. In fact, Rubio and Schumer introduced their bill just two days after the Boston Marathon bombing; regarding immigration and terrorism, Rubio said at the time “We should really be very cautious about using language that links these two things in any way.”
IS CRUZ lying on immigration?
I suspect his original view — announced when it was still “safe” on the far right to support legal immigration — is Cruz’s actual view. After all, it comports with traditional free market economics and decades of conservative, supply-side economics. I’m not alone in thinking so.
Republican operative Liz Mair, an immigration-reform proponent and founder of the independent group Make America Awesome! (designed to attack Donald Trump) thinks so, too. In calling attention to FWD.us’s attack she emails, “For my part, I remain convinced that Cruz is still a staunch supporter of more legal immigration, which is one of the reasons that I don’t particularly feel like crossing him off my list of candidates.” In other words, pro-legal immigration advocates — wink, wink — can assume he is lying now to get elected and will return to his original position once he’s got the nomination. Mair seems confident, she tells me, that “his current rhetoric is all for show.”

RUBIO “can’t tell a straight story on immigration.”
He’s offered a series of weak explanations . . . largely centered around the fact that he now knows we have to implement enforcement first, because that’s the only thing that’ll work politically — which is not a particularly principled statement, and suggests that, if Congress sent a bill to his desk with a legalization program, he’d say, “hey, I was wrong; it is politically possible to have legalization first,” and get out his pen. . . .
If voters don’t trust him on immigration, then they just don’t trust him. And if he’s not smart enough to give a satistfactory, believable answer on the topic, he’s just not smart enough, period. . . .
Yes, I know other candidates are either pro-amnesty (Bush) or are furiously denying their prior support (Cruz, reportedly). But what gets me about Rubio is how incompetently he’s managing his flip-flop.
If only he could be more effective at misleading people about his intentions!

A 33-year-old Muslim migrant to Canada, Walid Mustafa Chalhoub, has been convicted of 24 charges of sexual assault and extortion against ten teenaged girls in Montreal. . . .
Chalhoub would find teenaged white girls, get them drunk and high, have sex with them and film it. Then he’d threaten to expose them . . .
Convicted, 11 year sentence. But of course, under our laws, he’ll be out on day parole in less than two years. . . .
This is the most shocking crime I have read about in Canada in a year. And yet there’s a media blackout about it.
And 50,000 more Syrian migrants are being fast-tracked into Canada, without a single question about their views of women, or infidels, or violence or sharia law.
